Reece's Pieces Overnight Oats. Whip up the perfect mix of peanut butter, chocolate, honey and porridge the night before and you'll have a nutritious and healthy breakfast in the morning!

Ingredients

  • 45 grams of porridge oats (£0.75)⁣
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (£1.09⁣)
  • 8 floz unsweetened soya milk (£0.59⁣)

Cupboard Essentials

  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp of cocao powder

Method

All the prices listed above are for 5 breakfasts. You wont get bored of the flavour but to mix it up I’d alternate between overnight oats (cold) and cooked oats (warm obvs). ⁣

  • Combine the oats, soya milk, coca powder and 1 tsp of honey in a jar and shake until the ingredients have mixed together. ⁣
  • Go to sleep ⁣
  • Wake up 🙃⁣
  • Top the oats with another tsp of honey and the tbsp of peanut butter.
