This Staple Tuna Salad is light, healthy and satisfying. Throw in all the ingredients and you've got yourself a protein packed, filling lunch which is ideal for meal prep too.

Ingredients

  • 1 tin of tuna (£2.64/4)=(£0.66)
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes (£0.75/4)=(£0.19)
  • 2 handfuls of mixed salad (£0.80/2)=(£0.40)
  • Half a cucumber (£0.60/2)=(£0.30)
  • 1 lemon (£0.20)

Cupboard Essentials

  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Method

So easy that it doesn’t require a method explanation. Chuck all the ingredients together and you’ve got yourself a protein packed, filling lunch. Ideal if ya out and about and need a packed lunch.
