Method

Preheat oven to 180°C

1. Start by slicing the peppers into strips and then popping them in a baking tray, coating them with a tbsp of olive oil. Place in oven to roast for 20M.

2. Add ½ tbsp olive oil to the circumference (#maths) of each wrap to prevent the edges from burning that aren’t coated in sauce. Add around 3 tbsp of tomato sauce to wrap base, spreading evenly with a spoon.

3. Use your hands to tear the mozzarella (1/2 a ball per pizza) and place the roasted peppers on once the 20M timer has gone off. Sprinkle some dried oregano on top, optional red pepper flakes and a pinch of salt.

4. Place in oven for 10M, keep an eye on them as they can burn quickly if left for too long!

5. Garnish with rocket and you’re ready to eat! So tasty, low calorie and super satisfying.
