Chop the carrots and onions

Gently fry the onion and carrots in

oconut oil for around 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, curry powder, ginger, turmeric, honey, soy sauce, flour
and stock then simmer.

Add the stock, simmer for
20 minutes before blending to make Katsu sauce

Slice the chicken and serve up with rice, a ladle of the sauce and enjoy!
