Chicken Katsu Curry

 My Wagamama inspired chicken katsu curry.

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

Chop the carrots and onions

Gently fry the onion and carrots in coconut oil for around 5 minutes.

Step 2

STEP 3

Add the garlic, curry powder, ginger, turmeric, honey, soy sauce, flour  and stock then simmer.

Step 4

Add the stock, simmer for  20 minutes before blending to make Katsu sauce

Slice the chicken and serve up with rice, a ladle of the sauce and enjoy!
