10 Minute  Vegetable Noodle Soup

Healthy, quick, easy and so delicious!


Warming, comforting and ready in 10 minutes

Start by slicing the vegetables

Add the vegetables to the pan with some oil

Fry with garlic and ginger before adding the stock

Add soy sauce, noodles and pak choi then simmer for 5 minutes

Then serve and enjoy!
