Crispy Baked Buffalo

CAULIFLOWER BITES

Think of these as a low-calorie, vegetarian take on chicken nuggets.

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

Cut the cauliflower into florets

STEP 2

Mix the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, onion salt, garlic granules and baking powder in a mixing bowl and cover the florets in batter.

STEP 3

 Add the florets onto the baking tray. Add them one by one so you can evenly distribute them so they aren’t touching each other. Pop them in the oven.

STEP 4

After 12 minutes in oven, drizzle over your favourite hot sauce and honey and  evenly coat. Bake for 5 more minutes
