Easy Red Lentil Dahl

This red lentil dahl is easy to make and so delicious. It's ready in just 30 minutes!


Start by frying the onions for 5 minutes

Add the garlic, ginger, coriander stalks, carrots

Then add the spices and fry for 2 minutes

Now add the veggie stock, chopped tomatoes, coconut milk and lentils.

Simmer for 30 minutes and then add a squeeze of lime

Serve with swirl of yogurt, a squeeze of lime & fresh coriander.
