Mini Egg Cheesecake  (No-Bake and Perfect for Easter!)

This delicious recipe includes a creamy filling, crispy biscuit base, and Cadbury eggs inside and out.


Place the biscuits into a plastic bag then bash the biscuits with a rolling pin

Then melt the butter in a small pan

Stir in the biscuits in with the butter

Press the biscuit mixture into the tin and chill in fridge

Put the cream cheese into a bowl with the cream, icing sugar and vanilla

Then whisk the mixture together 

Chop the sugar coated mini eggs and stir half of them into the cream cheese mixture

Pour the cream cheese into the biscuit lined tin

Spread onto the biscuit base and leave to set in the fridge

Decorate the cheesecake with Easter bunnies and broken mini chocolate eggs
