The BEST Crispy Chicken Wrap

These quick, crispy chicken wraps are easy meal prep for a healthy lunch or snack.


Using a chopping board, start by slicing the chicken into long pieces

Then cut the tomatoes and red onion into thin slices

Coat the chicken in the flour and then the egg

Coat each chicken piece with a covering of the cornflake mix

Once every strip is breaded, spray with oil ready for the air fryer

Then add the coated chicken pieces to your air fryer to cook
