Salmon Rice Bowl

Salmon and rice never tasted so good.

INGREDIENTS

Defrost the salmon and remove the excess liquid from the fish and place on baking tray

Step 1

Remove the cavolo nero from the stem, tear the pieces and place on  baking tray.

Step 2

Add the flaked salmon  to a bowl with rice. Place  an ice cube under some parchment paper.

Step 3

Remove the ice-cube and stir. Drizzle over rice wine vinegar and soy sauce.

Step 4

Drizzle over the mayonnaise and Sriracha. Serve with cavolo nero
