Fluffy Yorkshire Puddings

Crispy on top and fluffy in the center, this amazing Yorkshire puddings recipe is perfect for any roast holiday.


Preheat your oven to 210°C / 410°F Then add the eggs and milk to whisk together.

Add the self-raising flour into the bowl, season with salt and whisk until smooth (but don't over whisk)! 

Add a splash of oil into 12 compartments of the baking tin. Pop in the oven for 10 minutes to preheat the oil

In the hot oil, carefully ladle the batter into the 12 compartments. Place back in the oven for 10-12 minutes

When the Yorkshire puddings have completely risen, remove from the oven

Remove your Yorkshire puddings from the muffin tin and place on a wire-rack until you’re ready to serve
