  • 600 grams boneless chicken thighs/chicken breast (£2.99)

Cupboard Essentials

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • Salt

Try out this beautiful satay marinade the next time you buy chicken, made with standard cupboard ingredients. Perfect for salads, as a side, or as part of a stir-fry.

    Marinade in the fridge for 2 hours. Works with approx 600g of chicken fillets, fried on griddle pan for around 3 minutes on each side xx (Sorry for the bad pic, was too hungry to get the perfect gram)
