- 200 g rolled oats (£0.90/5)=(£0.18)
- 150 g blueberries (£1.79)
- 300 ml plain or Greek yogurt (£0.35)
- 2 mashed bananas (£0.99/2)=(£0.50)
- 1 egg, beaten (£0.25)
Cupboard Essentials
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C
Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Line a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper, before pouring the in mixture. Spread with the back of your spoon to level the mix.
Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the oat mix starts to turn golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool, before dividing into 6 bars and pop in the fridge.
Heat for 30 seconds each time you eat breakfast and serve with yogurt and a drizzle of honey. (Can also be eaten cold if you have to eat on route)!
