Pesto Quorn Chicken

- 300 g quorn chicken pieces (£1.59)
- 200 g tenderstem broccoli (£1.19)
- 300 g asparagus (£1.49)
- 300 g frozen peas (£0.95)
- 2 tbsp pesto (£0.69)
Start by removing the tough part of the asparagus stem and chopping into bite size slices. Roughly chop the broccoli too.
Add one tbsp of the pesto into a non-stick frying with the quorn chicken pieces, asparagus and broccoli on a low heat. Cover with a lid.
After around 10 minutes, add the remaining pesto and the peas. Cook for a further 3 minutes.
Pop in meal prep containers and heat for 2 minutes in the mic when it’s time to eat.
