Chocolate Cornflake Cake (Easter Cake) 

This cake is chocolatey, crispy, nostalgic and a large dose of Easter fun.

IngredientS

Melt the butter and golden syrup in a medium pan

Stir in the milk chocolate and heat very gently

Add the cornflakes to the melted chocolate 

Stir them into the chocolate mixture until the flakes are well coated

Press the mixture around the sides of the tin

Break up the biscuits into pieces

Melt the butter, golden and chocolate syrup in a pan

Stir in the marshmallows, broken biscuits, and raisins

Spoon the marshmallow, chocolate and biscuit mix into the centre of the nest

Decorate with the chick and eggs and tie ribbon around the outside
