- 150 g feta (£0.75)
- 2 handfuls of peas (£0.20)

MEAL PREP – This bacon and egg bake is perfect if you set your alarm 5 minutes before you need to head out the door. Can be eaten hot or cold and is packed full of protein and healthy fats to keep you full throughout the morning.
Preheat oven to 180°C
Slice the onions and bacon, removing any visible fat from the bacon.
Add to a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and gently fry for 6 minutes. Add in the peas and spinach during the final minute.
Meanwhile, whisk the eggs (10 whole, 2 egg whites) in a large mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Lightly grease a medium baking tray and sprinkle the feta on the bottom. This melts and crisps up into a tasty base.
Pour the frying pan mix into the baking tray and then slowly pour in the egg.
Pop in the oven for half an hour and you’ve got a week’s worth of breakfasts!
