- 6 wholemeal wraps £0.89
- Jar of pesto (£0.99)
- 1 pack tenderstem broccoli (£1.15)
- 100 g feta (£0.95)
- 2 fresh chillies (£0.30)
- 1 red onion (£0.20))
- 250 g cherry tomatoes (£0.50)
Preheat oven to 185°C
While the the oven is heating up, boil the broccoli for around 8 minutes.
Add the broccoli to the blender with the pesto. Fill up the jar of pesto with water and shake, adding this to the blender as well.
Pour a thick layer of the sauce onto the tortilla wrap and with some crumbled feta and topping choice. Pop in the oven for 12 minutes and serve!
