Broccoli Pesto Pizza

Try this quick and easy Broccoli Pesto Pizza, using wholemeal tortilla wraps. It's low in calories, high in flavours and packed with hidden veg and nutrients. Give it a go!

Ingredients

  • 6 wholemeal wraps £0.89
  • Jar of pesto (£0.99)
  • 1 pack tenderstem broccoli (£1.15)
  • 100 g feta (£0.95)
  • 2 fresh chillies (£0.30)
  • 1 red onion (£0.20))
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes (£0.50)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 185°C

  • While the the oven is heating up, boil the broccoli for around 8 minutes.
  • Add the broccoli to the blender with the pesto. Fill up the jar of pesto with water and shake, adding this to the blender as well.
  • Pour a thick layer of the sauce onto the tortilla wrap and with some crumbled feta and topping choice. Pop in the oven for 12 minutes and serve!
