- 300 g frozen summer fruits (£1.49)
- 3 tbsp honey (£1.29)
- Ingredients - Porridge
- 90 g porridge oats (£0.75p)
- 1 banana (£0.59)
- A splash almond milk (£0.52)
Start by prepping the week’s coulis by adding 300 grams of the frozen fruit to a saucepan on a low heat with 3 tablespoons of honey.
Heat up porridge oats (add 1 cup of the water and 1 cup porridge).
Add a generous splash of almond milk with 1 banana and mash together with the cooked porridge.
Pour the porridge into a dish and add the coulis.
You can use the coulis when you make the porridge during the rest of week. Enjoy!!
