  • 400 g mushrooms (£0.95)
  • 500 g frozen peppers (£0.69)
  • 1 red onion (£0.20)

  • 5 tbsp 1 dollop of sour cream per serving (£0.99)
  • 5 wholemeal wraps (£0.79)
  • Optional coriander

Cupboard Essentials

  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

If you don’t believe me when I say it tastes like chicken, try it!

    * defrost tuna steaks overnight*

    • Start by roughly chopping the mushrooms and adding them to a frying pan on a high heat with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
    • Fry until they are nicely browned (approx five minutes). Meanwhile, dice the tuna steaks and slice the onion.
    • Once the mushrooms have browned, set them aside. In the same pan add another tbsp of olive oil and add the onions and tuna. Add the fajita seasoning with a pinch of salt and fry for 5 minutes.
    • Pour in the mixed peppers and fry for a further five minutes.
    • Once cooked, place the wrap on the bottom of the bowl and ladle in some of the filling.
    • Top with a squeeze of lime, fresh coriander and a dollop of sour cream. Mmmmmmm
