- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch dried oregano
- Red pepper flakes

High in protein, includes mayo 🧡 and has all the volume, minus the calories. Make sure you buy tuna in brine/water instead of in oil. Save the calories for the mayo.
I eat these fresh so only make one at a time (fine to make in the morning and eat at lunch time!)
Grate one whole courgette and add it into a mixing bowl.
Finely dice half a red onion and ⅓ or the bell pepper and throw in the bowl.
Drain the tuna and add to the mixing bowl. Add 1 tbsp of mayonnaise and the juice of half a lemon (less if you’re not that into lemon) and a pinch of dried oregano. Stir to combine everything and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
