Air Fryer Crumpets (Easy and Cheesy)
These quick air fryer crumpets will be a new household favorite! Topped with marmite, cheese, and tomatoes for a tasty meal.

- 2 crumpets (£0.45/3)
- A few spreads of butter (£2/10)
- 50 g cheddar, grated (£2.50/4)
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, sliced in half (£0.69/2)
- Optional basil to garnish
Cupboard Essentials
- Crack of black pepper
- 1 tsp marmite
Add a layer of butter, then marmite to each crumpet. Place in your airfryer basket (no need to preheat).
Next, add a layer of cheese to each crumpet. Add the tomatoes into the side of the basket and cook for 5 minutes at 200°C. For an extra crispy cheese topping, cook for a further minute.
Top with a crack of black pepper and a few basil leaves to optionally garnish. Enjoy!
