Cupboard Essentials:
- 1 tsp onion powder
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tsp dried thyme
 
 
Remove the lamb from the fridge and let it come to room temperature.
Pat the lamb dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Generously season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle the olive oil over the lamb, then rub it with onion powder, garlic powder, and dried thyme. Ensure the lamb is evenly coated with the seasoning
Place fresh rosemary sprigs in the bottom of the air fryer basket, then place the lamb on top.Set the air fryer to 180°C (356°F) and cook the lamb for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, coat the exterior of the lamb with butter and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
Remove the lamb from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
