Cupboard Essentials
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Start by removing the skin off of your salmon fillets. Slice into cubes.
Place the salmon in a bowl and coat in cornflour, then paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Toss to combine.
To a frying pan, add the olive oil and coat the base of the pan. Evenly distribute the salmon bites across the pan. Fry over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes, leaving undisturbed.
After this time, rotate the pieces and add the soy sauce, honey and a pinch of salt and pepper. Continue to fry, stirring occasionally for a further 3 minutes.
Remove from the pan and top with optional spring onion and an extra crack of black pepper.
