- 3 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 2 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Makes 18 tsp worth of seasoning.
- If you hate spice, remove the cayenne pepper.
- Make sure that your jar is completely dry to prevent the spice mix from going damp and sticking together.
