Cost: £0.88

Ingredients

  • 454 g beef patties (£3.50)

Instructions

Note: preheating your airfryer will allow maximum browning on the outside, whilst still achieving your desired rareness inside.

  • Distribute the 4 patties across the airfryer, ensuring there is space between them to prevent steaming. Pop in the airfryer for 10 minutes at 200°C.
  • Flip the patties and season with salt and pepper. Then depending on how you like your burgers cooked, cook at 200°C for a further 3 minutes for rare, 5 minutes for medium and 8 minutes for well done.

Notes

  • Make sure there is space between the frozen beef patties in air fryer for circulation
  • Thicker burgers will need more time than thinner burger patties
  • Be sure to flip them half way through the cooking time
