Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (£1.50/3)=(£0.50)

Cupboard Essentials

  • Oil spray

Instructions

Preheat the airfryer to 360°F (180°C)

  • Then spray the ramekin dishes with a little oil.
  • Add some boiling water into the ramekins, before adding an egg into each one. The hot water will help the egg whites to start cooking.
  • Place the filled ramekins into the airfryer tray and cook for 6 minutes at 360°F (180°C), checking to see if they are done (depending on how you like your eggs cooked) it may take a minute longer!
  • Remove them for the ramekin using oven gloves and a spatula.

Notes

  • Remove the egg immediately once cooked in the ramekin, as the egg will continue to cook and may become overdone.
  • Using hot water ensures the egg whites start to cook before the yolks, creating the perfect poached egg with a runny centre.
  • Lightly oil the ramekins to prevent any sticking.
