Absolutely! That’s just one feature of the members area. The shopping tools, your personal dashboard & the step by step videos (a personal fave) will be extremely useful when it comes to your meal prepping/planning!
The Step by Step video breaks down the method into steps rather then squeezing the recipe into a one minute clip. There is a different (real-time) video illustrating each step of the method so you could make the entire recipe without reading a single word! It is also much easier to practice your skills this way as you can see in real-time how I approach some tasks e.g. finely dicing an onion. I was always a visual learner so thought this would be a great feature to have.
A lot of the footage has also been created purely for the Step by Step feature so hasn’t been shown in any instagram video format.
Good that you’re skeptical as there are so many in the health industry. After finishing uni, I spent a year studying part-time to obtain my Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management. This has given me the skills and knowledge to give sound advice & has also enabled me to become a member of the Royal Society for Public Health.
I would never prescribe a meal plan to solve/ ease the symptoms of any existing medical conditions or anything – that is for your GP or nutritionist to determine.
Definitely! If anything it could actually be even more reason to sign up as there are vegetarian/vegan variations to the recipes that include meat/animal by-products. There are also increased protein options for vegetarians where possible (most cases!).
