Chocolate Peanut Butter 'gains' Shake

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 300 mls water and ice cubes

Green Shake - Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 300 mls water and ice cubes

Berry Burst Shake

  • Handful frozen mixed berries
  • Handful spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 300 mls water and ice cubes

Method

3 smoothies for 3 different moods!

  1. Chocolate Peanut butter ‘gains’ shake,
  2. All the greens shake (doesn’t taste like raw greens I promise)
  3. Berry Burst shake.

Tip: freeze your bananas (in halves) before adding to your blender for the creamiest blend ☺️

Ps just realised it’s Saturday so you could deffo adapt the Berry Burst by subbing the spinach with vodka x x
